1. No Refund Policy

AxonSpear operates on a no-refund policy for all subscription plans, including but not limited to the Essential and Premium plans. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable, and no partial refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.

2. Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and users will retain access to the Services until the subscription period expires. No refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining subscription period after cancellation.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy does not allow for refunds, we may consider exceptions in cases of billing errors or other extraordinary circumstances.
